If a report names you in error
Anyone whose identifier appears in a published report can file a response. A moderator reviews every appeal — usually within 14 days. If your appeal is upheld, the report is either demoted to unverified or withdrawn entirely, and the action is logged in our public audit trail.
What we ask of you
- Tell us why the report is wrong — identity confusion, factual error, a transaction that completed correctly, etc.
- Give us a way to follow up (email or phone). Your contact details are not published.
- If you have evidence — transaction hashes, exchange confirmations, screenshots — describe them in the form. We'll request copies separately.
To file an appeal, follow the Right to reply link from the specific report you want to dispute. We need the report ID to make sure your response is attached to the right record.
