We do not run a help desk — KCFR is operated by a small team of moderators and contributors. Use the right channel for your question and you'll usually hear back within a few days.
Filing a report
For new fraud reports, do not email — file at /report. The form takes three minutes and goes straight into the moderation queue.
If a report names you
Use the formal appeal path at /right-to-reply. Email questions about specific reports get redirected here anyway, so you save a step.

What we will not respond to
- Demands to identify the reporter who filed a specific record.
- “Why is this not on your list?” — we publish what is reported, not what we ourselves discover.
- Investment advice requests.
